Last time hdd got problem, cant boot, dont know how to fix, then left it in closet for years, once in awhile try to boot in, but always stucked at recovery.
Last month plan to use it, so brought it to someone and fix it, so the initial toshiba hdd already got problem so cant do the recovery, installed the new crucial ssd then problem fixed, used a for awhile all works great, just really not get used to MacOS.

Hi guys,

Previous old hdd got issue
I bought an ssd, tried quite some ways and finally made a bootable usb to install the Mac OS Mojave
After it got done, everything went smoothly
But after I restart
It got stucked on the boot and asking me to key in name and password
But I only can key in the name
Password unable to type
Even I moved my mouse or press tab
Just hang over there
Hard press power and on back
Sometimes hang on the same scene or boot into password recovery
Changing the password still the same

I tried internet recovery before this and still got into the same issue..
Anyone face this issue before?
