problem with formatting laptop

ok...here is my problem....i format my laptop ( COMPAQ brand) with XP pro....but after all the formating process is done...n when the new window is running..i can see that my old profile which is the profile before i format my laptop is still "there" and not deleted...hence this is taking my hard disk space...i have to delete what ever in the old profile one by one...i dunno why this is happening???is it i format it the wrong way???because when i format my desktop using the same way..all the files is deleted...so anyone can help me?? .

wanna ask all the experts in here....my car air cond has some problem la....my car is nissan sentra b13..the problem is like this...my car air cond got 4 speed controller...1-2-3-4...but when i turns to 2 and 4 the blower will run....but when at 1 and 3..the blower stop....so thats mean i can switch to either 2 and 4 only....hmm...anyone know what causing this problem????from my observation...when i switch to 1 and 3..the compressor is running but the blower did not move... ...

wanna ask the experts here.......how frequent we should change our gear box oil????and what is the symtoms that show we need to change gear box oil???and lastly how much it usually cost to change gear box oil???by the way im driving nissan sentra 1.6(teksi genting)..hope all the experts here can hel me.. thankz

tyre problem...

frens...curently my car using 15 inch 6.5jj rim with 195/55/15 tyre....but im planning to use 205/65/15 tyre....is it the tyre can be fitted on my rim???im looking forward to use those big tyre ...coz seems like trend now to use big tyre...hehe...
so anyone can help me???by the way my car is sentra b13...
