I'm having fever since Monday and the fever stopped on Thursday, before that I did went for my 1st blood test and my blood paletlet is 135 and yesterday it dropped till 102. The doctor told my dad its not serious yet and hospital will not accept me. This morning I went for my blood test again, the doctor says that I'm having rashes and most probably is dengue

So far, I dont have
* Severe headache, backache or both
* Pain behind your eyes
* Severe joint and muscle pain
* Nausea and vomiting

What I want to know is how come my blood paletlet will drop and is it I'm having dengue? Anyone here experience this before?

Hi, just join new company (selling stackers for container yard company aka depot company) for roughly 1 month, the problem that I'm currently facing is finding new customers. well my market is very niche and those new customers that I approached already bought in new machine for their company. my boss told me....just go find them, tok kok, chit chat with them...yea i managed to approach them and they're using competitors machines. So what I need to know is, the purpose of next visit. what should i do? tak kan oways go there...find customer tok kok oni?

any question or topic for me to kick off? at least something to ask/chat.....any top salesman can share me their tips??
