I'm wondering after paying booking fee how long does it take to become the car owner officially if the car is available at dealer as I'm hoping to get the car before Jan.

I'm going to trade in my current car and transfer car plate number to new car, will this make the buying process longer?

Dear sifus, I need help here. The situation is strata title is out with wrong owner/seller IC number written on it. I'm buyer of this apartment and now hanging there cz land office not amending the wrong ic number on the title hence my lawyer can't proceed my purchase of this apartment. Hi sifus, I want to ask you all how long does it normally take for strata title extraction? I'm getting this property but current owner just knew that strata title hasn't transferred to his name yet (title already out and he has paid for the transfer, he thought the transfer took one month). Anything I can do or he can do to speed up the transfer so that he can transfer to me right after that? Thankssssssssssss I really appreciate your help!!!!

Hi Sifus, I have a question and need you all to help me with this. I'm planning to buy this apartment but due to some reasons current owner decided to sell it after one month the whole thing transacted. From what I know, current owner haven't got the strata title transferred to him (land office still processing) as they sell the property right after transaction done. In this case, I'm wondering if I can purchase from current owner? As land office is processing to transfer title to current owner. Is it true that extraction of strata title registered to vendor's name will take at least 6 months and meaning vendor can only sell after that? or they can transfer the title to me directly. I found a unit at this condo and there's this real estate negotiator who brought me to see it and I really like it. so i decided to get it Then I realized that that lady who brought me to the unit is not an agent as her name can't be found in lppeh and I can't find her company profile online. So I asked this lady if her company is a Sdn Bhd or what as it cant be found online and i was told that its actually an enterprise. So should I proceed? Is it safe if I pay my earnest deposit to enterprise? Need your advise. Thanks
