CODMW2 - gameplay helpline

Dear All,

I thought of setting-up this topic ...so that expert gamers can help out novice gamer...on gameplay, strategies,..etc.

Actually I'm stuck in playing the Game on PS3.
I'm at this stage on a rooftop (in a typical American town) surrounded by Armored Cars and Enemy fires. I picked up a STINGER Rocket launcher to destroy the Armored Cars...(by aiming L1 and press R1 the fire button on the target). But that damn STINGER pops up a message that says "Lock On Required". I pressed all the buttons but can't acquire "lock-on". What-the-f***'s wrong? This modern weapon is puzzling.
Can anyone help? Thanks.
Web applications developer /entreprenuer wanted

Greetings all,

I'm a chartered acct'ant, an ex-business consultant, and currently gainfully employed. I have this Business Plan involving e-commerce which I plan to realize (on a part time basis). I'm looking for alike individual(s) with dreams & aspirations, but is (are) very knowledgeable in web applications development and has good working knowledge in e-commerce and viral e-marketing...to be part of this start-up team. It would be like those garage-based start-up with a few like-minded people. I would imagine the individual to be a professional with knowledge in PHP, C++, javascript, SQL, CSS, ASP, JSP, XML...& etc. Individual with strong web-marketing background would also be great.

I don't imagine you would need to put in any capital at the initial stage, but you would need to invest your time and absorb some out-of-pocket expenses. You would need to have your own PC and software in development work up-till the pilot stage....where VC funding would be sought. If accepted as a member of this start-up team, you would be a stakeholder of this venture (through thick & thin). Start-up's odd for success is thin. But this buz plan on hand is unprecedented. The rewards (if the plan pans out successfully) can be tremendous.

Should you be interested and if you match the requirements, kindly drop me your CV detailing your qualifications and experience to (fugowitz@gmail.com). I don't discriminate nor having any preference on gender or race. Your CV would be treated in strict confidentiality. If call upon, you would be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before any Business Plan can be disclosed to you. Any inquiry can be dropped to the provided e-mail. I would not respond to any inquiry on this Forum.

Thanks for reading.
