Ext HDD Problem

Hi there all good fellow LYN,

Its a Seagate Expension Portable Drive 500GB, ive tried with several laptops, but cannot be detected,

the indicator light works fine, but no spin felt, and a little alarm goes for about a minute after connect.

ive also googled for any solutions but didnt find any.

appreciate for any advice, all my things and work stuffs is in there oh man..

Internet/Network Traffic Monitoring Tool

As the topic, i need to monitor my incoming n outgoing connection, in real time and a simple one.. i've googled but dunno which 1 to use, of all ive tried too complicated.. the thing is recently i just started to use rainmeter, after all set n up, i notice the 'Network Traffic DL n UP' graph shows activity n im not even surfing, downloading or torrenting.. need to check out what it is..
