Hi guys,

Anyone of you know a car wash place that can clean up car undercarriage .

My car engine oil was leaking and whole undercarriage covered in oil . It has been fixed now looking for a car wash to do the clean up .

Hi ,

Upon signing LO and SNP , what are the payment that need to be settle ? Only Snp legal fee is covered by the developer.

Loan legal fee and stamp duty , do i need to pay during signing LO?

Hi ,
Anyone know the 50% off stamp duty and loan agreement is based on the price in snp or based on loan amount taken from bank?

Bought 400k house, after dpayment 360k, wondering if i can add more dpayment to make it lower than 350k to get this 50% stamp duty cost. Possible?

How to verify IC or Passport?

Hi guys ,

Im using moneybookers.com to accept online payment . When I want to withdraw the money they asking for verified passport or IC .

Below is the details :

We accept as VERIFIED, all copies which are certified in your country of residence by:
1.a licenced notary public; OR
2.a licenced solicitor or attorney-at-law; OR
3.a regulated bank or financial institution; OR
4.a local government authority (e.g. the police)
as true copies of the original.

QUESTIONS :
1. Who and where can I find the person for no 1 ,2 ?

2. For No 3 , can i just go to the bank and ask the manager to verify my photocoy of ic / passport ?

3. for No 4 , go to police station and ask to verify ? errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr kinda weird

Interview for industrial training?

Hi,
I was asked by my supervisor to attend an interview by a company that im interested to undergone my training .lol i thought theres no interview for industrial training.

My questions ,

1. what are the documents that are required for me to bring for the industrial training interview? (this is my 1st interview in my life) .

2. Is there any difference between interview for a real job and interview for an industrial training ?

3. What are the common questions they are going to ask for this kind of interview ?

3 pcs sharing internet using switch , how ?

Hi,
My house have 3 pcs , we r using zte adsl modem connect to switch .

Im using my computer as a gateway , I need to swtich on my computer before my other housemates can connect to the internet .

Is there anyway by using a swtich that when any of the computer wants to connect to internet it will automatically connect and shared with others , so its not depending on one computer.

I applied my streamyx and phone line from one of the agent at cyberia cyberjaya , it already about 10 days , and tm yet to install phone line , how long does it take for them to install the phone line and streamyx ?

other questions , how to check whether my application is in process or not ? Can I just re apply again at tmpoint ?

Im waiting for a streamyx 1mbps to get install in my house , it will be shared between 3-4 of us . I was told to buy a router with QOS function to distribute the bandwitdth among the user , is it possible ? so 1mbps /4 user . .. and can anyone suggest which router with QOS to get ? no wireless needed .

btw I will be using ZTE modem
