is it normal to sign the SNP before knowing the status of bank loan approve or not?

the vendor push us to sign the SNP and i think we need to see the loan status first right?
we send the loan application to 3 bank last 2 week, 2 banks call and ask for more info last week (given already)

hi and good morning

i got a problem where my phone cannot call to certain number, for example when i try to call my friend (celcom), no ringing then 'putus'and after that my frined got msg from celcom that i misscalled him.. then i try call other number (any telco) and it just fine..just this one number cannot call, if he call me i can answer without anyproblem.. what happen lor?

recently my digi line and services not so good and i thinking of changing phone line..

i am prefering free call or lowest call rate.. can i know what plan in celcom or maxis suitable for me.. example digi use rm2 can call 100min do buddyz..
if celcom or maxis, what plan is almost save as this?

i dont have any experience with pucrchasing digi phone or other contract phone like this..

i wanna ask a few question..
is it worth?
is it true we only had to pay rm68/month
the rate including the line rate or only the phone?
how about the package..

i scared if it got hidden service, so need to pay more then that and when i still in contract, i need to pay more than the price stated

hi all.

i have an issue with my desktop.. sometime, it off suddenly and when i try to on it back, it give no respond so i have to wait several minute, then switch it on again.. i think the problem related to heat, i am using amd athlonx2 with its original cooling fan, i send to shop to repair and he said the same thing to me but he dont want to confirm 1st, he wand to check..so i said i take back to home to backup some of my work..but during that time is hari raya..so the kedai closed already. i try to clean the dust inside the pc ( take of the fan on processor and clean it and put it back on) and when i switch on it said CMOS was change,ask to setting back in BIOS, oh and another one the battery fail to work..and many more..but when i try to setting it back in the IOS it hang..no respond after i try to save and exit..

damn..

and i just format my desktop from window xp where i very satisfy with it to window 7 ultimate-32bit and i feel like my xp more faster than this window7! should i change to xp or just add more RAM?

please help me and about the heat problem..i try to put it under aircond and there's no problem occur..can give me what should i do and if i had to change the processor fan, can anyone suggest to me?

is this true?

Hi,
I have recent problems with Photoshop CS3. When I open Photoshop, the error sending window appears. When I click to see what the report contains, it says

Offset: 00069b7d
I've heard of similar problems where it is a mod and you can delete the file and it might work. So I moved it somewhere else, but then it said 'Could not find AdobeOwl.dll. Reinstalling may fix' etc. So I put the file back. The error comes up everytime.
but it's not a Windows one. It says:
I've tried reinstalling both programs but it still doesn't work. There isn't any problem with other adobe stuff so far, it is just these. I have done a virus scan with kaspesky
