Jom Gandakan Wang Simpanan Dalam Masa Empat Tahun

Bagi saya, kepada yang mahu pelaburan yang kurang risiko, ASBF adalah instrumen pelaburan paling selamat dan boleh menjamin keuntungan.

Beli RM1 seunit. Jual balik pun harga yang sama. Tak la akan rugi kan. Cuma macam mana korang nak gandakan wang simpanan korang menggunakan ASBF ni. Jom baca;

Jika korang ada RM13K. Korang boleh buat ASB Financing RM200K.

1. Mohon ASBF RM200K. Bulanan RM1080. Setahun RM12,960. Rate bank 5.05% dan tanpa takaful.

2. Katakan dividen 7%. 7% X RM200K= RM14K. Tahun berikutnya, bayar ansuran bulanan guna dividen korang. Guna teknik rolling.

✔️Setahun RM1080 X 12 bulan = RM12,960

✔️Jika dividen 7%. Dapat dividen 7% X RM200K = RM14,000
✔️
RM14,000-RM12,960=RM1040✅

Kalau guna teknik Rolling iaitu guna dividen bayar ansuran tahun berikutnya pun kita boleh untung lagi RM1040. Jadi komitmen hanya setahun je.

Jika ada simpanan RM13K, selepas empat tahun dapat RM29K. Target nak RM26K je kan. Tapi dapat RM29K. Untung untung. Jadi korang perlukan 4 tahun saja untuk gandakan wang korang tu.

Dengan modal RM13,000 akan jadi RM26,000, RM39,000 dan seterusnya setiap 4 tahun.

Maksimumkan volume ASB Financing, kuasa gandaan wang (compounding) akan membantu korang lebih cepat untuk bebas hutang.

📌Jika ada simpanan RM6500 boleh buat ASBF RM100K

hi,

For the past days I realized that there are quite a question regarding wasiat, hibah, faraid etc in /k.
Especially when the recent over 2bil inherintence issue pop up.

So I decided to share some info on this.

Wasiat vs Faraid // Wasiat or Faraid?

First of all what we need to know is that this 2 are different altogether

Faraid is a method on how to distribute 'Harta Pusaka'.

Wasiat
One of the instrument in islamic estate planning. There are others such as Hibah, Sadaqah and also
Matrimonial Property Document (Dokumen Harta Sepencarian)

In Islam, wasiat serve as not only how to distribute your harta unlike those written will by non muslim.
Few contents of the wasiat are
1. Appoinment of Administrator of The Asset
2. Administrator will then use the asset to settle all your debts in this world or unworldly such as zakat, fidyah etc
3. You also can distribute 1/3 (max) of your asset to those who are not your waris faraid ie. Masjid or Sekolah Tahfiz as your
saham akhirat.
4. Hibah or Hibah Amanah
5. Matrimonial Property
6. Asset Distribution
and so on...

It is worth to note that even though Asset Distribution is written in the wasiat, however any waris faraid can contest it and
he/she will get his/her part according to the faraid and the others who dont will get according to the distribution. However if
all of the waris faraid are against the distribution then all the asset must be distribute according to the faraid. Do also note
that the asset will be distributed only after the number 2,3,4, and 5 is executed.

I will add more if I remember anything else to add

HIBAH
It means gift.
It is a gift of asset or assets made voluntarily by a donor during his lifetime to the beneficiary without any conditions.
When a hibah is made, the title is already transferred to thr beneficiary so the owner no longer had any possesions to the assets.

However there is HIBAH AMANAH where the hibah is made while the owner is alive but the title is transferred to the beneficiary after the donor passed away. And the donor can still receive the assets benefit while he is still alive.
