CPU FULL LOAD! HELP!

Hi all, my computer's 4 core is running at 100% capacity even though I've just started my computer... how can I return this state to a normal state??

I've tried restarting it, turning it off and on again and also load default setting of my bios, nothing worked..

All four cores are running full load...

PLEASE HELP =)

Upgarde from HD4850 to HD 5770

I'm currently having this GC for about 1.5 years already and am planning to upgrade to a HD 5770.

Is this a good upgrade OR should I wait a little longer for a better mid range card OR get the cheaper but faster HD4870

I'm into gaming of course but hates the heat emitting from my card. However if HD4870 is a better card I don't mind buying it.

Regarding the phone, It has mentioned that it has

* Integrated GPS, A-GPS receivers
* Dedicated Maps Key
* Nokia Maps 2.1

But using the GPS, it's written that transfer of data requires charges by the service's provider.

Does it mean that I have to be charged each time I use the GPS function?

What should an idle temperature of a Phenom 2 core be??? I've been checkin on google an it's been giving a different value...

Is it normal to have that high of a reading?? And the stock cooler fan has been bugging me... It's been very loud for quite some time now... I think it's after i accidentally adjusted the cooler's panel or something... Should I apply more thermal paste??

Lol... I have no idea what happened but the goggle typing bar i have has shrunk in size!!!

Can anyone help me??

I've tried pressing Ctrl + or Ctrl - or even Ctrl 0... It just shrinks or enlarge the whole page without affecting the typo bar...

FYI : I'm using Internet explorer 8

I've been poking and asking people about what kind of desktop should i pick up...

My friends introduced this forum to me mentioning that there are some gurus here worth asking upon...

So I'm here to give it a shot....

I'm picking up a gamming desktop around this feb or march... I've been looking around PCs with the price that I'm willing to offer for the past few weeks now.... So far I've found that the Gateway FX6800-01e desktop impresses me... Here are the specs..
