Question 1: How many dbA is the stock cooler on idle and on load?

Question 2: Refer to my siggy, please suggest me which aftermarket CPU cooler is suitable? I am thinking a couple of brands like, Cryorig H5 Ultimate, be quiet! Dark Rock 3, h80i (single radiator). For your info, my Silverstone TJ08-EW is a micro-ATX tower case.
