Personally i was born in an Island, and i always have affair with all this ship/boat/yacht
As see them from time to time, i travel with them when i need to go to the mainland.

However, i really wonder, beside all these captain and the anak kapal, as a normal individual like you and me.
How can one get a license to "open/operate" a boat?

Also,
we "ride" a motorbike/bicycle
we "drive" a car

forgive my poor english, do we "sail" a boat generally?
or i miss out my kindergarten vocabulary?

Do share me some information if you happen to know how and what is the correct procedure to own a boating license to a boat !

i read some information on Jambatan laut, which more toward registering your vessel.
and anyone know about this IYT, it sound promosissing where IYT actually an international organization to give out the cert..

I had go through some pages of topic in the this sub topic of education essential and also use of the search i realize that there are only a few topic or no topic discuss regarding learning on a particular language.

I would like to ask all of you here, is there any language center that provide course for after school people??

France, Spanish, Japanese, or any other language!! Very interested to pick up a new language!

recently i had update my pc to window 7, and i realize that it will restart after awhile i let it run even simple process like windows update.

at first, i never update any driver except from the video driver all other driver are pre-install by win7. Due to it keep auto shut down, i had open up the cpu and ram meter to check the usage partern, it show that it always had something running behind even i did not open any software or app. The cpu meter will always maintain at above 70% usage and then 100% then it automatic shut off. When the usage hit 100% for sometime, then the computer will shut down.

After that i try to reformat again(just now 26/aug), as i guess it will be something wrong with the os. However it seem the same. But this time i had update the latest chipset from my developer (Mobo model : GA-P35-DS3P) and it seem not restart yet so far but the cpu usage still remind high. Average above 50%. I do have a laptop, the CPU usage always below 20-30%, so i suspect there is something wrong with my mobo or chipset.

so my question is, is this behavior normal to all the C2D family with this mobo? or i'm the only one who facing this special case? if so, what can i do?

hi to all master coding here.

Recently i'm dealing with something about packet sniffing and packet tracing. And i found this open source code which aid to do all the work. However, i having problem to use the method.

i got this error message "Access restriction: The type NetworkInterface is not accessible due to restriction on required library C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\ext\jpcap.jar"

what does it mean? Btw, i'm currently using Eclipse as my complier.

what will be the cheapest/budget way to get it done?

will you book hotel according to the location of the hotel? or u book those with good reputation? book the hotel as it is cheap enough? or any other factor.

something come into my mind that if couple go out, is there any one try to book a single room while share by 2? is that possible?!! hahhaha

Pendrive Lock

Hi,

is there any method that could lock a pendrive content from being copy/stealth and yet user can simply access to the content of it? Something like permission is only given for reading the file. Preferable the file is encrypted.

any one have any idea how to make this on? or in any method that will function the same way?

for more information on the scenario, it should work on something like a video player or music player which have the access to play the content but yet it provided the minimum protect where other user cant easily copy and duplicate the content.

missing itinerary number

Recently my gf bought a air ticket from mas during some promotion period. After happy buying and everything, she forget to jog down the itinerary number, as she thought they will send it to her via email. However, she got print out the receipt and also the transaction number as buying evidence.

Had been search through the MAS website, but there is no clue to get back the itinerary, (emirate do able to get that). And the phone seem take forever to reach to the operator.

Did anyone know how to get contact to the front desk person? or the KL ticket branch office which can settle customer problem?

As u all can see this is some function that built-in for php to get our system time and to print out the system time right?? But the print out time is wrong and it is not telly to what my current system time. It is about 4 hours different to my system time. However my system time as i can see is correct to the current time and i did check on my control panel.. there is no wrong. Even the %Z is showing time zone of pennisular of malaysia.

Er... I think this problem is simple.. however cant really get the solution through from Mr. Google.... So while i continue asking Uncle Google, hope that u all might gimme some advise or suggestion what should i do~~

Sorry everyone who concern, this is the first time i asking these coding question. Might not to describe myself clearly as my English is also not really good.. hope you all give some patient.

ok, this is part of the project i doing now. i had barely done a very simple session start function in most simple way and it work ok for me. However when i move the setting to the page that i need the session to function, it does not turn that way i wan.. can somebody give some advise?

Fedora 10 Sendmail Configuration

Recently i have formated my OS to fedora 10.. and i wish to build my own Mail server and Apache server.. However after i had install and do some configuration on the mail service side.. i still not able to send my mail out to other mail exchange.. Can any one tell me why?

I manage to send email in the same machine with different user... but i cant send out a mail or recieve a mail from outside... what i suppose to do?

anything do with my sendmail.mc file?

Warcraft 3: Help

This morning when i wake up, as usual open my pc, AVG auto upgrade the virus defination file and then.... Here come the problem, all the exe file in my war craft folder, example "forzen throne.exe", "BNupdate.exe", "Bprotect.exe" and even "worldedit.exe" is decected as a virus call I-Worm/Generic.AQA. And i have now put them to vault.

So why this happen?? can anyone help up? should i restore them and make them allow from my Anti-virus program or reinstall my war craft3?
