Sdn Bhd Big Problem

Dear all,

My mother was running a sdn bhd company since we were young. She passed away recently and suddenly due to terminal illness.
The problem with the company is that it is a loss making money, we worked hard our entire life but the money is always not with us.
It is a high cost low margin business, we have the revenue, but customers always "run" or didn't pay up.
One big problem is that as she was running the company herself (my dad passed away when we were young), and have not complete the audit for the company for many years (> 10 years).
Another problem is that my brother recently joined to help the company and my mom added him as a director.
As the company was not well handled, we weren't making money, and now LHDN is coming after us.
I know we are in deep trouble. What can we do? Please advice, please help. Thanks.

Quick Question Regarding Road Tax Expiration

Let say my roadtax expires on 14/07/2011, is it still valid if I drive my car on 14/07/2011 (yup, same day) after 12 pm?

Someone got a saman for this saying it only valid until 12 pm and the JPJ officer teared the road tax and throw it away!

I'm thinking if there is no rule saying its only valid until 12 pm, I wanna port that bugger!

edit:: after 12 pm but before 12 am next day.

Hi, my car went into an accident. The part that holds the fender was bent in the process. So the workshop pull it back and I think cover it back with simen. I'm thinking of painting the affected spot with Hammerite paint to avoid rust in the future.

However, I'm of the concern it would cause a lot of frustration and work to the spray paintshop guy if I ever want to respray my car. As you might not know, Hammerite is a damn tough paint!

The affected area is very small only, so what do you think?

Is V-design front bonet road legal? MIVEC?

Hi, I'm interested in getting the V-design front bonet and bumper, but I'm worried that police and JPJ would disturb me.

Is it road legal? How about MIVEC bumper? If JPJ don't allow V-design, and if MIVEC bonet is ok, then I'm thinking of pairing MIVEC bumper with the V-design bumper.

Need Advice: Claim Insurance or Repair Myself?

Hi, my car just got into an accident. My bro was the driver was at fault. He knocked a motor and the other party has broken his leg and need an operation. Both parties made police reports. My bro was at fault and was fined. My car is Satria 96, and I insured about 8k.

Ok, I got to know I as the car owner will receive a lawyer letter soon from their party. Because originally I got this advice from a workshop. He say just give the letter to him and he will settle it. He said no worries and all the job is done by the both parties' insurance company.

Now my car, it isn't that serious, damaged front bonet, broken headlamp, broken bumper, bent front frame that carry the radiator, bent fender. But apart from there I see nothing much, even an insurance guy at the police station say its not much and he said he is Satria owner too.

Now that I definitely have to fork out RM 400, due to my bro not in the list of driver of my car, I'm thinking if its better I repair my car myself. Reason is because first, I can demand some parts to be replaced unlike in insurance claim where they just knock it back. 2nd, I was told by workshop that I need to put my car there at least 3 weeks, due to my bro was at fault and someone was injured.

He (workshop guy) also told me not to repair my car so fast by myself, he said if the victim dies (touch wood, don't!), then my car will be held for a week or so.

So, sifus, anyone with experience, anyone, any advice? Thanks.

Accident, Need Help Regarding Insurance Claims

Hey guys,

Need help. My car got into an accident, driver not me, but my n00b bro driver. Thrice in a short time already!

Now the problem, he knock a motor, one of the guy broke his leg and need an operation. The motor is thrashed (how thrashed I don't know), and my car was hit in the front, bumper, bonet, front frame, chasis slightly deformed at the part where it is connected to the front frame.

Now the question is, can I claim from my insurance? Both parties made police reports and now there is a possible 3 claims from this.

1) For the victim's medical expenses
2) For the victim's motorcycle
3) For my car

The sergeant told us we can claim all. He said the victim's motorcycle definitely claim from my car's insurance and I can claim for my own car too. But what about the medical expenses?

I got a saman on my car but I can't pay it because when I check the saman for Malaysian car registration number, it requires my IC num but the saman on my car, there is no owner details.

I need to go there to transfer the car details from no information to my name so I can pay.

Where can I do that? I don't find there is such a traffic police station in Subang Jaya according to Google and Google Maps. Please help.

Saman My Car's Previous Registration Number

Hey guys, I went to MYEG and rileks to check for summon, and I was shocked! I have a summon with a car registration number that I don't own, but I know that number, it was my car's previous number, but that was a long time ago, even before the previous owner.

I got the car for about 1.5 yrs already, and now that this summon was from a very recent date, it cannot be mine. Right?

How do I solve this?

Myvi Positive Camber After Accident

Hi, I just changed my car front tyres. However, I noticed the driver side wheel have a camber of +1.30 deg. And when jacked up I can clearly see this wheel slanted more than that. I told the tyre guy to adjust the camber but he said Myvi don't have camber bolts/nuts and that I need to get one. He said the price of getting one and adjusting the camber is RM 45. I know from my experience in tyre shops is that most try to squeeze the last drip of blood you have so I didn't get it.

So regarding the positive camber? What can be done now? Should I get a camber nut and adjust the camber or should I send to a repair shop to change crooked parts? Or is +1.30 degree negligible and I can/should ignore it? What is a reasonable price for a piece of camber nut and adjusting camber of 1 wheel only?

4g92p SOHC BOT Project

Hi guys, interested in BOTing my 4g92p SOHC. What are the things I would need and price for them roughly?

a) I think I need a exhaust manifold, a turbo, intercooler, piping for all these. What else?

b) My mech say I would need a GSR Turbo ECU, but that is like very expensive, can I skip that and use the original 4g92p ECU? Or would getting Greddy E-manage on top of the stock ECU good?

c) If I don't want to change my piston yet and go for low boost, is it ok?

d) How do I check if a turbo is in good condition if I wanna buy it?
