How to get a Master without a degree/diploma

Hi all,

Good day. I need some opinions and answer from u guys. Below are my questions :

1. Is there any university that can offer a Master course ( perhaps Business or Management ) based on SPM and experiences only?
2. If there is , please mention the U and if none please state the fastest way to achieve a Master without having to undergo a degree course ( 5 years)

I've done research on my own and many university required atleast a diploma + experiences+ certain age to enroll in a Master program.

Fyi, I will describe the my situation in point form so that it would be easier to understand.

1. I am a 30 years old working in a public listed company as an IT Manager.
2. I got the job because I've obtained many relevant IT certificates and experiences + done very well in the interview
3. I am a drop out from an IPTA many years ago but I did very well in my SPM '98 - (single aggregate considered as an excellent result I guess)
4. Earning more than now is my motivation. I cant really move on since I do not possessed the paper qualification.

I would really appreciate any comments and opinions
Thank you
