Bumi lot or non bumi lot?

Hi,

Recently purchased a property with my fiancee. However, the property is purchased under his name in order to take advantage of the 5% bumi discount(his a Sino-Kadazan). I had assumed that our future home will be considered as a 'bumi lot'.

Yet, when I read the S&P . . . It says "Bumiputera Lot: NO' . . .

so does this mean...

it's a bumi lot? : can only be sold to bumi/sold to non-bumi after 5 years

or

it's NOT a bumi lot? : I can sell it to anybody without having to wait 5 years

Hi peeps,

Recently there have been SO MANY incidents at my neighbourhood, where some thiefs(I HOPE YOU DIE!! CURSE U!! ) have been going into me and my neighbours garden area n basically stealing whatever they can get their hands on. I suspect these are the same group of ppl who are getting bolder n bolder.

Report police NO EFFING USE. They will just send one phethetic fat policeman on a cheap motorbike.

This morning i'm so dam* piss*d cos last night they managed to hook my mum's handbag from a gap in the window(Handbag dam* far from window also they managed to do so ok ). LV wallet gone! HP gone! Mont Blanc pen gone! $ gone! Worse part is my mum's heartbroken, all the stuff are gifts from her kids.

Sorry for raving, but i'm just so pissed off right now!!!

Moving forward . . . I'm wanna climb-proof my house garden walls(My hse has plain brick walls surrounding the compund). I wanna make a mixture of pounded glass and paint it on the top part of all the walls.

Anyone can make some suggestion on what to mix with the glass? To make it lasting/not easy to fall off etc etc?

I know there are ppl who are veli expert in all this kind of thing please share

Transfering a bumi lot home to non-bumi

Issue 1 : As u can see, the title of the section cuts right in the middle of the divider line. How do i adjust it so that the title 'Revered Reviewers' moves above the line.

Issue 2 : Is there anyway of adjusting the size of the banners? So that i can get them to line up in a neat and even row. Looks real messy as it is.

Hi guys(i'm assuming most of u r guys )

I'm only just setting up an e-boutique(blogspot) for my clothing store, and i think i bit of more then i could chew, when i downloaded a free blogskin n uploaded it to the blog....

And now... everything about the blog templete has to be adjusted by HTML ... So first time in my life i have to do HTML ....

Overall it was pretty simple, i just changed and made adjustments to the text in the prepared html script. but the blogskin downloaded does not provide an area to set 'Labels' . Which i want to incoporate into my blog.

Have tried to google for tutorials on html codings, but most of the stuff is total greek to me or does not specifically help me with my problem.

Anyone can provide me a magical website that contains all the code ? Or any specific website that gives information on blog 'labels'? or better yet ...does anyone mind to teach me?

Been havings problems where my AVG ver 8(free edition) fails to update all the time. Hence i went and tried to update it manually. Have downloaded the neccesary updates. But now i have a prob where i can't even open the file.

it's a .bin file. Any application i can download to open that? Don't dare to simply download =/ ...

Hi there,

I have this problem that has occured just a couple of times this month, but it's disturbing enough for me..

When i open IE , while waiting for whatever site to load. the IE window will suddenly duplicate itself for like 50++ times. I have to end program via Task Manager to close it. Have run my Anti-Virus(Kapersky), but nothing detected.

Anyone got experience this b4 and how to fix it?? Tyvm!
