<WTA>U Mobile selfcare credit card payment problem

Hi, not sure this is correct place to ask, i am having problem with online credit card payment problem in u.com.my, and i saw few others also complaining same problem in u mobile facebook and most also say u mobile support very suck, which is very true for my 1st complaint last month.

The problem is after you finish the card transaction and redirect back to u mobile self-care, the amount you paid does not auto credit to your account. Last month i waited 1 week and email/call support and until my phone service was barred due to payment, u mobile still does not fixed my problem until i complaint to CFM, received call from "customer relation" and fixed within an hour. I asked the "customer relation" whether this credit card payment problem will happen again, they say they fixed the problem.

But it is happening again this month, actually i just ported to u mobile, the 1st time online card payment is ok, but the 2nd time (which is last month) and this month happen again, is there problem with u mobile online card payment?

Sadly that i only have public bank which do not have u mobile payment, anyone uses other online payment? i found out that the posonline.com.my can pay u mobile bill, have anyone tried before? it is ok?

hi all, just a quick question, cant get answer from google, only have for SBE 2003.

My company currently running a Windows Server 2003 Standard with 30 CALs, if i purchase another new Windows Server 2003 standard server, do i need to purchase another 30 CALs?
From microsoft only can searched Windows SBE 2003 do not need addtional CAL, but not sure with Windows Server 2003 standard.
