Technical Consultant-Implementation -mobile wallet

Remuneration:
Subject to experience (SGD6500-8000)

Requirements:
Technical Consultant-Implementation position is responsible for project delivery for mobile wallet and digital payment solutions over Asia Pacific. It requires interfacing with customers for collection of technical requirements, analyzing them and identifying and architect the solutions
• Have you worked on cutting-edge projects in mobile commerce, payments and value-added-services?
• Do you have any experience in providing enterprise level of solution and manage complex multi-party projects?
• Do you have exposure or experience in NFC, QR codes and other mobile related applications development?

Role
• Interface with customers for collection of technical requirements, analyze requirements and identify solutions
• Work closely with remote development teams during project life-cycle
• Provide vision for the team, set team goals and objectives.
• Expertise in preparing technical proposals.
• Manage resources effectively & minimize cost implications such as time and effort wastage
• Manage, guide and motivate the project team.
• Implementation of Quality processes in assigned projects
• Support Pre-sale activities

All About You
• Minimum Bachelor’s level technical education.
• Hands-on experience working on technology projects for Mobile Network Organizations (MNOs), retail banks or large merchants in mobile commerce, payments and value-added-services. Exposure to NFC, QR codes and other mobile related applications development.
• Projects Experience in security and encryption tools for smartcards in banking or telecom industry
• Security conscious for multiple perspective of application design
• Extensive relevant experience in AP region.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Passion for mobile services and exposure to the mobile industry.

• Good Written & Communication command of English language.
• Bilingual in English and other language Chinese , Japanese will be an added advantage

Technical Skills
• Understanding of complex multi-actor use cases and sequence diagrams.
• Design & architecture expertise and guiding the team for quality delivery.
• Knowledge of Android, IOS and Web Services is a must.
• Knowledge of communication with Secure Element over Mobile devices.
• Experience in handling multiple projects of varied technologies.
• Domain Exposure to multiple technologies including but not limited to J2EE, Struts/ Web-Work, RDBMS, SQL, mobile application development and payment-related technologies.
• Ability to work on different development models (Agile, water fall).
• Expertise in software processes & documentation and ensuring their implementation.
