How to retrieve data from broken phone screen

My xiaomi mi max 3 screen was broken,
I have sent to local repair shop but nothing can be done even repair the circuit and replace the new lcd display ,
The most important part is to retrieve the file inside the phone
Is there any software recomended to retrieve the file and transfer to pc as the important part is whatsapp chat , image , screen shot and other file.
*Gdrive whatsapp backup data was not found on my gdrive account*

im running on i3 8100
with ASROCK B360M Stick with hyperx 2pcs of 8gb ddr4 ( 2400 mhz )

i noticed that upgrading from 8gb ram to 16gb ram didnt result in significant improvement ,

my pc still lag when run multiple program ,

-running program
- firefox
- chrome
- adobe photoshop
- window media player

is this because 2pcs of 8gb isnt enough?
any idea ?

I just restore whatapp through internal storage , everything working fine until next day the image inside the whatsapp gallery is missing ?
I didnt know why this is happen,

My windows 10 appear to be slow connection after deleting temp file through drive c ;

i have scan for any virus but nothing positive appear,
speed test running slow on normal but not safe mode

im in process to manually to delete unnecessary image file ,
suddenly when i view this file through the pc mostly of the Screenshot image shown as Icon instead of thumbnails ,
