should i watch out for something here?

hey guys,

need some opinion here...
saw an ad in a local newspaper recently, asking for a part time clerk post which only ask u to email them if interested. no details whatsoever.

so i emailed them, and the post is actually an internet assistant (part time). they say the company is based in sg, but got one company locally here.

the duties include creating few emails and fb and twitter accs and posting some stuffs to generate traffic(i'm not sure to where)
need to have 90 hours total.

i've tried asking some questions regarding the post but the guy says got overwhelming response and its just an easy job.
gave me letter of appointment which asks for bank detail, name and ic. thats it.

is there anything that i should look out for? er i'm not sure if this is some scam i'm not aware of.
they didn't ask for money though which i assume is a good thing.

i tried googling for the company, but i couldn't find any info at all.

Unpaid leave

Hi guys, would like to know the opinion of those that might have worked long enough or those who are bosses now.

I'm wondering is it okay to apply unpaid leave stating it's for "personal reasons?
Can permanent staff take unpaid leave?
I've never taken any unpaid leave so i'm not really sure and since my company is a small one we don't really have HR to ask either.
I'm a permanent staff, and i've used up my 8 days annual leave.

If the company insist on knowing the personal reason do I have to disclose the reason?

Segi College OR PTPL for graphic design?

Hello,

As per topic, I done research already and the 2 places offering diploma in graphic design that I can afford is Segi OR PTPL as I am in Kuching...

I am trying to decide which would be better.

What I would like is opinion from students who study at both these places - is it an ok place to study? learning environment good etc?

Even if you think both places sucks, do state the reason as I believe I will still have to choose one of the place in the end.

Any opinion will be great and appreciated...

Fastest way to mail document to London?

Does anyone know or have any experience on what is the fastest way to mail a document to London?

Cost is not an issue, as long as it is fast(if possible reach before 3rd April) and won't get lost in delivery etc (must be reliable)...
