Any problems to change RM70K to A$ in moneychangers ? Will they have this big amount of A$ for exchange ? Will they need a lot of info on where I get the money from ? Will they send my details to BNM and will BNM then query me about the source of the funds ?

Anyone has open FCA under his M2U account ? How do I do it if I want to keep my A$ in M2U as FD to earn 1% pa interest. ? This is because A$ is very low now, and I can earn capital gains in A$ rise in future.

Anyone knows which network (Maxis, Digi, U Mobile, YES, etc) sells the cheapest package ? Maxis used to have a package whereby u just need to pay RM33 to extend your phone validity for 365 days. But seems that nowadays U need to topup RM30 every month to get just 30 days validity, RM60 for 60 days validity, etc

If U R involved in a car accident outstation, how do get the keputusan case which the sargen said will be out in 15 days time ? Can ask the traffic police station to mail us the keputusan case ? Else need to take leave to travel hundreds of km just to get the keputusan case from the traffic police station.

B4 May 9, the B&W printer ink was selling at RM30 and after GST was abolished it dropped to RM28.30 (less 6%).

I wonder do car insurance cover if forgot to apply hand brake and the car slide down the drive way and bag the gate thereby cause dent to the car ?
How to make such claims and do we need to go to the insurance approved workshop for repairs ?
What about park outside and the car is hit by others but they just ran away ?

Room Rental Agreement Query

Can a 1 year room rental agreement have a condition that it cannot be terminated by either party ? If tenant terminate B4 the year is up, need to pay the balance of the complete year?
If the rental agreement is not stamped, is it valid ?
Also agreement is signed by homeowner and tenant but there is a condition mentioned that owner (the actual legal houseowner) can terminate the rental before the year is up.

When we take up a housing loan, the bank will charge the property to its name. After u have fully paid up, U need to do a discharge of the charge placed on your property. Can we DIY this discharge of charge ourselves without engaging a lawyer ? If yes, what is the procedure ?

FD rates in Singapore

Is the FD rates in Singapore very much lower vs in MY ? I google and seems to me, 1% FD rate is already 1 of the highest, with most other banks offering much lower than 1%. Has FD rates been historically this low ? If yes, why not Singaporeans open bank ac in JB n make FDs there ?

Anyone able to avoid paying TNB bills by having bill amount upto RM20, and thus no need to pay cos will paid by the government ? If yes, what type of properties do U stay (SS,DSL, apartment, etc), how many adults n child staying and what electrical appliances do U use ?
What do U think contribute to such a low electrical usage ?

Pros & Cons of buying house direct from developer

Saw some semi D for sale in Setia Eco Glades in property sites, but on checking with the developer, they still got about 10% unsold units. So what are the pros n cons of buying from the developer vs direct from subsales.
I suppose 1 of the disadv of subsales is the warranty period is much shorter or even over, but what the the other factors I need to consider ?
