the doctor asked me to start eat healthy food and reduce the consumption of salty foods and meat
i really love red meat, especially beef
everyday i eat meat
until my weight reached 103kg

so my sister who used to have a very high hypertension (180/100) said that the fastest way to reduce the blood pressure is
becoming a vegan

so i wanna become a vegan and i'm afraid i'm gonna malnourished because i only consume vegetables

Orijen Cat and Kitten Food

Hi, my cats was on raw food diet, very raw, the rawest food i gave them was quails that i slaughtered by myself weekly, each weekend (sabtu or ahad) i slaughter quails to feed them the whole week and repeat but quails are not the only thing that i fed them, because quails has more bones than muscle meat thus i add some raw beef or raw chicken meat, salmon and whole egg (including ground egg shell)

one day i left them at home and asked my kakak to take care of them but my kakak came to see them like once a day, the raw food that she gave them are rotten and they has nothing to eat but rotten food, (sampai hati kakak i buat kucing I macam tu kan, jahat) they have diarrhea/loose stool and vomitting

after that they refuse to eat those raw food i gave them.

so i switched to Orijen, the thing is after 30 more hours baru they want to eat a little bit of kibble and slowly eat them until the kibble become they routine

so i notice for the 6 months old DLH and a DSH, after 19 days, their body become thinner and i can feel their bone underneath their skin

but for the pure persian 3 months old kitten it's body weight somewhat increase and firmer muscle

it is sad to see my cat getting thinnder and cengkung

can somebody help? is this normal for cats that consume Orijen only food?

ps: btw, they are as healthy as before but the less fluffy thats all

Hi, any suggestion on homemade food for hamster, dwarf hamster or campbell dwarf hamster specifically
i've tried to make food according to the link below, but alot of ingredients i couldn't find in my are (selangor-kuala lumpur)

it seems theyre not really interested in the mixed food i gave them,
i also feeding them mealworms, crickets and beef regularly,
carrots every 3 days

it seems their body shrunk a little, one hamster looks really thinning and skinny eventhough i fed them like every 12 hours

maybe you guys have your own experience on making homemade hamster food, share it
or maybe you guys can explain in a great detail about the nutritions of said food
