coz i saw alot of ads, they need cgpa above 3.0.

Asking if anyone into this issue b4..
will try typing the sotry.

when i joined this company (Company 1) I was hired as a permanent staff with 6 mths probation.
by that time GM HR was Mr. A..

then when the company wasnt doing well enuf on the 4th month i joined, the company was fully bought over by Company 2 (a bank company). Then Company 1 became Company's 2 "Anak".

suddenly, Mr. A (GM HR) has resigned before my 6 mths probation period finish. Then, new GM HR was selected, he is Mr. B.
he was from Company 2 and Director assigned him to be GM HR.

So, after i finish my probation period, my boss alredy recommended me to b confirmed staff.
When the letter was signed by my boss and then left only GM HR to sign, Mr. B refused to sign.

Mr. B said my position shuld not b permanent but Contract position. Mr. B discuss with my boss that I shall be converted to contract position.

My boss had to agree because my boss has limited power.

This Mr. B is not just from mother Company but he was also 2nd guy (after Director) in the Org Chart of Company 2.
So Mr. B has more power than my boss who is COO for Company 1.

To deal with this, I had talked to my boss n my boss admitted that he has limitation of power. he had to follow what Mr. B wanted even thou my boss had explained y i shuld be permanent in the company.
My boss had shown me the letter that he signed to confirm me as permanent staff before it got to Mr. B.

I had also personally met Mr. B to discuss about it, this Mr. B is very stubborn & he was not a good listener and wanted me to just hear wat he said like "Decision is decision. It has been made".

I now culdnt do much and here i am asking wats my rights to fight in this kind of case.

I hav to resign and sign the contract position (1 year) in order to continue. this will b done on the same day n time to avoid "Trust" issue.

what ur advice. thx.

**P.S. i admit tht im into a sad situation, i no this company just made excuses as not wanting me in this company. so they want me to b contract instead of permanent. i no mayb due to oil price dropped & Power hunger as well. but they try to lower the hussle of throwing me out of the company. at the same time, im also clicking around for another job.

Skim front brake disc.

Im using iswara... my front disc need to do skim... when braking, its shaking.

Noise level for Yokohama A.Drive R1

ive changed my front tires to A.Drive R1 a month ago..
but i found out tht tires sound still exist.. i knew my back tires still make sound coz theyre old tires already.
so now ma question is, if any of u using the same tires, r they noisy?
i hav no other problem but the noise.. just to make sure if these tires' noise level is pretty mch bad..
