Details of the complaint : I've been desperately searching for this camera as a birthday gift for a good friend of mine for a month now. So low and behold I couldn't believe my luck when I found the user's thread selling ready stock TR150 cameras. I proceeded to ask the user to PM me the best price on May 27th and he answered me via PM on the same day at 06:21 PM. After exchanging PMs for 3 days, I wanted to seal the deal quickly as he told me he only had pink units left on hand. So I asked him if he had Maybank2u so I could transfer payment asap, which he swiftly responded to. Evidently, I was careless and stupid enough to pay him in full when normally I usually request for the other party's full details (mobile no, email etc) and a 50% deposit as a security measure.

I banked in the money on May 31st and then everything went downhill. The camera was not posted out and when I PMed him several times to post my item out or to refund me he refused to answer. As of now he still has been logging into the forum as he was last active at 12:22pm.

I can't cry over spilt milk as I too am responsible for trading with a newbie forumer that just joined last month. I was hasty with this particular trade so it is an expensive and bitter pill for me to swallow. I have lost all hope in getting the camera or even a partial refund. However, I just want my case to be highlighted so that other forumers won't get scammed by him.
