Relian Gel Liner, anyone use it before?

I am deciding to buy a gel liner here, and Relian is less than RM20, whoooaah, pretty good bargain comes with brush, i have been using their mascara Relian fiber type, its damn good! but not sure of the gel liner,

those selling it, let me know who has stock and also ppl out there, pls let me know how is the quality. thanks all

i paid for item to be send 3 weeks ago, i was frustrated, its still not here.

what i am angry is the seller doesnt care and being defensive,

gave me the tracking no. and told be it was sent, but clearly its still not here

therefore, for this kind of seller, need to warn to stop doing business as they are not professional.
