Date of transaction: 23 of May 2009

Details of the complaint : I COD wif tis guy at saturday morning. the condition of Zune is quite okay n minimal scratches.. When I test the Zune, there was no song inside n he told me u can test it wif the radio & it works fine wif me..

After that i gone home n started to transfer song inside Zune.. That first song is smooth & no problem but the I played the second song, the sound come out is like play pause play pause but the zune showing tat i m playing the song & i din press pause.. after tat the player will hanging at there.. N i need 2 restart the zune..

Even if i tried to update the firmware the progress shown is 100% but the outcome is fail >.<
After tat i try to transfer other song.. sometime computer shows didnt connected but zune shown connected.. sometime transfer until 50% it will stop at that and didnt move at all..

Saturday night, I called him and ask him maybe another time meet up again and refund to me. He Promised me to refund to me and meet me at monday morning.

Sunday I SMS him he didnt reply me.

Monday morning, I started to call him and sms him but he didnt reply me. I waited at place that he promised to show up and he didnt show up. I waited at there for 1 hour.

SonyNony please settle it and STOP become a turtle!!!!!!!!!!!

Thankyou Everyone who gaves me support and advices & now the Zune is Fixed
