Partnership Agreement

Hi LYN Forumers.

I have a business with another 2 partners. (Total 3 including me).

Just in case, if one of the members die, the business die isn't it?

So is it possible for us to make an agreement, if one of the members die, the share will be transferred to anyone (doesn't matter among the partners, or the family members) ? So that the business will continue as usual.

I know that the easiest way to solve this problem is to convert to SDN BHD, but it is not easy at all, since this business is "cukup makan" only, doesn't involve million ringgit.

BTW the business is registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB, CIDB, PKK, and MOF. It is not easy to re-register the business if one of the partners die.

Future of Logistic Assistant

As per title, I wanna know what is the future of Logistic Assistant. I really have no idea what is the job scope, working condition, & what is the future of this job.

I have a degree in accountancy. Previously I worked for one crony company (Logistic Industry) as an Account Executive. Salary is RM1,100 Gross. No allowance at all. No OT either. Working almost 6++ days a week (average). Sometime sleep at office. Parking RM80/month, petrol RM15/day. Need to drive 1hour everyday, toll RM2.20(1 way). Never lunch, cause the cost to lunch at USJ is damn expensive.

So i decided to quit. 10 months self-employed. For the past 2 months, no income at all. By that time, i attended few interview, but i didn't managed to get that job. Being shortlisted is good enough for me.

Last two weeks, theres a company called me for interview. I apply for Account Assistant/Exec. But they offer me Logistic Assistant, and the salary is RM1,700.

Considering myself as a freshie, the salary is good enough for me. But i don't know what is the future of being a Logistic Assistant.

Can anyone of you explain to me what is the future in this field?

Anyone received a call from this number 03-79629200 ?

Theres a woman called me & she claimed herself from Bonuslink.

And just about a minute, she told me about Allianz Insurance.

I told her that I'm jobless.

And she told me again about Bonuslink, which is this month promotion got 5x point if I use the card.

She knows my address, full name, IC number, Bonuslink Card Number.

And then, she asked me my Debit Card No (not including security number behind the card).

She also mention about the call is being recorded for Bank Negara etc.

Is this scam?

She told me that she will send the policy to my address. And if I want to terminate it, I have to inform the Allianz.

But I never say YES or NO.

And then she gave me her number 03-22641188

Anyone working with Allianz here?

If this is Insurance, she never told me about monthly Premium and asked me whether I agree or not.

Urrghh... I hate telemarketing.

2.5" External Hard disk detected, cannot access

Hi all.

I have a problem, and I don't know how to solve it.

My external hard disk is detected by windows (xp). But when I check "My Computer", I can't see my external drives.

"Safe Remove Hardware" only detect it as a USB. Not as external drives.

The hard disk is running.

I'm sure that theres nothing wrong with my HDD enclosure... Because I tested it with another hard disk using the same enclosure, and it's running perfectly.

Please help me... Lots of important software, ebooks blablabla inside there... tak sempat backup...
