Advice for all Belkin Modem user, or if you thinking of buying Belkin Products, please keep your receipt with you because they have all the right not to entertain you if you cant produce proof of purchase, although they never state it on their boxes.
I got the email from them as below:

"Hi Sir,

Thank you for choosing Belkin.
For any warranty claim customer need to produce receipt or any proof of purchase for Belkin to justify the claims. If customer cannot produce this proof of purchase, Belkin have rights to reject the claims.
Please get assistance on the shop where you bought the modem for them to re-print the receipt.
We need to follow the guidelines for warranty claim before proceed to replace unit for customer.

I have a problem here. I'm upgrading my CPU, previously having 1x40gb, 1x80gb HDD and one CD-rw rom
now i add on one 80gb HDD,
can i know whether my motherboard can support it? becoz it canot detect it.
the problem is like this:
when i plug in 4 devices all using IDE, the comp cant start, enter BIOS slow, and cant detect one of the hardware. when i remove one of the items connection cd-rw and HDD, then it function to be only 3 devices, means 2HDD and one cdrw/HDD
i tried to plug and un plug the position with IDE 1 and IDE2 in my mother board but it same.
so after sometimes i gav up using only 3 devices, but then now another problem, it can only detect one of the device per cable, when adding 2 in a cable it will only detect the primary device, the other one not appearing
may i know is this something to do with the IDE cable or Motherboard spoil?
