            <title>100% CPU usage problem...... HELP</title>

            <description>OK the senario is like this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have 2 HDD , both old MAXTOR HDD 40GB and 30GB.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I installed Windows XP Pro OEM, Then when I open a program such as window media player or some download agent the CPU usage raise up to 95-100%.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other than that, when I try cope files from 1 drive to another, the same problem occurs, 95-100% CPU usage.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Any advice that can help me to solve the problem?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;THis is my old pc that run on Windows XP Pro&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P4 2.8 GHZ&lt;br /&gt;512MB x 2 RAM DDR&lt;br /&gt;40GB + 30GB HDD&lt;br /&gt;GIGABYTE P4M800</description>

            <title>Laptop screen problem - LCD backlight cant on</title>

            <description>I have problem with my laptop screen. my lcd backlight cant on but actually my laptop screen still have display.&lt;br /&gt;I try to adjust the brightness but nothing happen. I suspect the backlight of my LCD burn. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any idea how to repair it? or anyone can help me to repair it at a cheap price. &lt;br /&gt;I m currently stay in penang, malaysia..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;by the way, i prefer to have my laptop to go around with me so I hav no planing to buy a normal LCD monitor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks&lt;br /&gt;David</description>
