long story short, he's always disorganised and makes unreasonable last minute demands, besides being fickle minded and being a slave to client.

I have 20++ years to go, and with all the bs at work i already cannot tahan. Also noticed working hard is useless, people will just throw more junk for you to solve. But those who can kiss ass well can go far and fast. I'm disillusioned and frustrated. But my only question is simply, how can orang semua tahan all the way to 60??

I broke up recently with gf 5 yrs younger than me, long story short I found her immature, idealistic and impractical, and she found me too mechanical instead of acting based on "feel".

I have the impression women slightly older than me are more rational and mature thinking. In my next pursue should i aim for older woman?

how do you improve them? I sometimes get tongue tied when colleagues come out with nonsensical arguments when working on projects, like talking about 'that's how we used to work' instead of logical arguments with reasoning. I tried going the logical route and it doesn't seem to work, but i also don't want to sound too much of an ass by threatening to escalate the issue as we have to work together in the foreseeable future.

A. Follow traditions under social pressure, zero thoughts about shaping own norms, get married and raise kids, complain about hard life.

B. Think traditions are irrational, disrespect customs, try to shape own norms, stay forever alone to be free, complain about soulless world.

What do you think? I'm somewhere in between, working like kuli and gf is demanding but despise certain irrational norms like fighting a person more senior for the right thing might not be "right" in society's eyes among other things.

My gf and I are talking about tying the knot but there's one thing we cannot agree on - baby.

I said life will only get harder in the future as the working class is condemned to face rising costs/stagnant wage, and having a commitment such as raising a kid will only worsen it. I believe my argument is sound as I'm not rich like 10k salary ktards here.

Her argument is the typical "this is the right thing to do because that's what people do", which is not an argument at all zzzz.. she seems to think having a baby is the ultimate goal without considering long term consequences.

I think I'm right here, but i fear a breakup is unavoidable if we cannot agree. What would you do?

I am looking to buy a property for staying in Petaling Jaya, and I have the following questions:

1. Is it now the time to buy? My friends told me to wait until early next year when market turns ugly.

2. Any recommendation around PJ? Don't mind subsale, and prefer freehold. Budget 400-600k. Landed(doubtful i know) or high rise also OK.

3. Let's say I have RM 500k, do I dump in the entire 500k and take a mortgage for the remaining shortfall? (say property is 600k, I pay 500k + 100k loan) Or is it better to take a 90% loan since BLR seems to be going down.
