Shunji Matsuo Mid Valley Senior Hairstylist

bad2tzmaru — Mon, 26 Apr 2010 13:24:20 +0800

Hey girls,

I need your feedback urgently as im planning to get my hair done on this coming wed as i found out that i got uncountable split ends due to previous coloring/trimming at a lousy shop T_____T

i had long hair and for my current situation i just want to get rid of those split ends and the possibility is very high for me to chop more than half of my hair length which will turn out for me to have a short short hair and let them grow healthily so im desperately looking for recommended senior hairstylist at shunji matsuo MV as this will be my first time visiting that salon and i know nobody.

All feedback is much appreciated, please and thanks a million

[advise needed] Probational & Resignation Period

bad2tzmaru — Tue, 16 Feb 2010 00:22:35 +0800

Hi,

recently a local company offer me a job with acceptable paid but at the moment i received their offer letter, everything seems so wrong beside the SALARY offered.

my questions would be:
1) during probational period, is it normal to not have any LEAVES?
2) during probational period, is it normal if either party want to terminate the contract and the notice period is different? for my case, if i want to resign during probational period, i need 2 weeks notice; if the company want to terminate me they only need to give 24 hours notice and i need to get lost. isn't it suppose to be the same notification period for both parties as in 24 hours (or 2 weeks)for both if either of the party want to terminate ???

*FYI, this is gonna be my 2nd job after graduating and i feel conned as I previously work at MNC!*

3) the contract also mention that i need 3 months notice to resign after probational period! asked around and people told me that normally only those with important roles such as General Manager/Managing Director need longer notice as they need to get some replacement for that but im consider a newbie for my 2nd job, completely!

Please advise on this and share some information here as i got really limited knowledge with all this =(

thanks.
