Wanna ask if anyone experienced this kind of fault?

Anyone know how to remove that watery cloudy thingy? Its in the lcd, getting bigger and bigger but its already couple of months since it first occured.

my concern is, what is the difference between Malaysian and Japan's sparepart?
is there any downgrades or upgrades in terms of quility?
how about made in malaysia VS made in taiwan?

Its original rc, RC-DV470 is dead already.

my setup will be

I5 3570K
Asrock Z77 Pro3
Gskill Ripjaws X Red 2x4GB DDR3 1600mhz
WD 500GB Caviar Blue

is this ok for low-mid-range gaming?
let say battlefield 3?
and if i let the cpu remain un-OC, do i still need an aftermarket cpu hsf?

currently looking for a reasonable casing+psu
can you guys suggest any?
fyi, i'm in a tight budget, rm1.6k max

there's a Powerlogic Climatica C500SX c/w 600W PSU at ipmart for rm113
my next question is does it worth it? reliability wise?
