KUALA LUMPUR: A 19-year-old youth is claiming that a woman sexually assaulted him after asking him to send her home in his car.

It is learnt that the boy was with a friend at a restaurant behind Wangsa Walk in Wangsa Maju here when the woman approached him at about 10.30pm last Friday, requesting for a ride home.

The youth lodged a police report saying that he had been reluctant to drive her home but eventually gave in.

According to the report, which was made at about 5.50pm on Sunday, the woman hugged and aggressively kissed the boy in spite of his attempts to ward her off after they arrived at her house.

The youth claimed that the woman removed her pants before proceeding to take off his pants and force herself on him.

The incident lasted for 10 minutes, after which the woman got out of the car and went into her house.

City deputy CID chief Asst Comm Khairi Ahrasa confirmed receiving a report on the incident but declined to comment pending investigations into the case.

Would like to know is it legal to not pay EPF & SOCSO to family members and staff that agreed not to receive?

It is a small company with 1 boss 2 family members and 1 staff. Every month pay out an amount but no epf and socso contribution. If everyone is ok with it, is it legal?

Under the accounting rules do we treat it as allowances?

Witnessed a car accident in housing area

I witnessed a car coming out from a parking space forcing himself out and bang onto the front car.

He was on the phone while driving out his car. He then reverse back and come out another time and straight speed off.

I noticed that his car front left tyre was also puncture.

The victim's car back bumper wasn't serious damage.

What should I do? Keep quiet or write a note on that car or report police.

P.S. I hate i d i o ts driver on the road. My car was kissed and banged 4 to 5 times this 2 years. Either in a stand still jam while i d i o t s on the phone and bang onto me, traffic light was red and suddenly he though was green and ramped onto my car, this i d i o t lady driving a fortuner thinking that she is small and forced herself out onto another lane while in a jam and bang onto me.

Someone jumped down 4th Floor True?
