Advice needed on choosing company

Hello n good day.

Im an undergraduate student who just graduated in july last year.
After I came back to Malaysia I was offered by this company (Pacific Court Sdn Bhd) to undergo Oil and Gas Occupational, Skills training in Perth, Australia.
the thing is, it has been 5 months and they said that they will commence the training in January. But I received an email from them that the program has been deferred till March 2014.

I was like
Because at the same time I was offered a job from Syabas Sdn Bhd. Before this I already met with the HR Dept in Syabas and they've agreed to give me the job after I came back from Aussie.

So, what should i do now? should i terminate n go with Syabas or wait till March which Im afraid that they will defer it again and again.
U gys ever heard about this so called Pacific Court Sdn Bhd. Ive done a research and no complaint regarding this company. Its a gov link recruitment agency and the reason they're deffering is that not enough trainee to participate so they're now doing another interview n assessments to pick more candidates.

Im so in dilemma rght now..

please share some advice

not so long time ago i've just graduated for my degree.
but, sadly, my U didnt do those graduating ceremony like we are in Msia. they just handout the degree n that's all.

so now looking for an event planner to help us to do the ceremony in Msia..
total students < 50.

not necessarily need to be an expert planner.
