● Thorough knowledge of Facebook Business Dashboard and Facebook's Ad Policies a MUST. Familiar with most of Facebook's campaign settings and able to use them to achieve results.
● Able to adapt to marketing practices of non-standard industries such as weight loss, payday loans, gambling, crypto, finance.
● Able to build and execute social media strategies by:
● Researching the industry/market/competitors ● Plan out media allocation, placements, and periods accordingly ● Able to set-up tracking / reporting tools for campaigns such as UTM tracking, GTM, Analytics, Pixel.
● Researching and identifying target audiences and A/B testing said audiences and creatives to get the best results.
● Knowledge with lookalikes/custom audiences and retargeting.
● Oversee campaign optimizations and campaign KPI settings, analyze performance of campaigns with relevant metrics, and further advise on improvements
● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies such as attribution and programmatic media buying.
● Explore and liaise with 3rd party vendors when necessary

Job Requirements:
● Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/A Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in advertising/media, mass communications, marketing or a related field.
● Required language(s): Fluency in English & Mandarin
● At least 1-2 years of proven Working Experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Media Specialist or equivalent.
● Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
● Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
