EPF

Hi all,

I need to ask. Recently my company changed management. Got taken over.

So now my management treat me like a new guy, put me on probation. I'm fine with that. I signed the OL and it did not specify the EPF contribution months, but printed that EPF is 11% for me, 12% for employers.

Fast foward one month, I take my salary and there is no EPF contribution. I asked the mgt they told me during probation period, no EPF will be paid.

So now I am working without EPF and sosco.

Is this legal?? Can I actually make a complaint??

I tried googling but couldn't find any relevant info. Can anyone please direct me to the proper channel?
