            <description>Dear all, need you advise regarding my case here. The property I bought comes with 4% discount. In the progress billing , developer by right should issue 4% credit note to offset. But I received wrong credit from developer of 40%. Wondering legally can I claim this amount? Or use that to offset my subsequent payment ? Is this legally binding ?</description>

            <description>PM just announce RON 95 and diesel price to increase by 20 cent each ~ around 10%. Will properties price increase in the same tandem since many raw materials, labour, transportation is very much link to oil price. Anyone have any thought on this?</description>
