Is there any driver or compatibility issue with 64-bit version? If no I'd like to install 64-bit version to utilize my 4GB RAM. Else I'd stick with 32-bit version.

E5400 vs E7400 vs E8400

I need a gaming desktop (just a casual gamer, not enthusiast) but short in budget somehow. I can afford E5400 but is it good enough for a gaming desktop? Or should I pay 1.5x for a E7400 or 2x for a E8400? I'll be using this desktop for the next 2 years.
