Hi All,

i'm planning to build my house from an empty piece of land.
Any advice or thoughts or recommendations?

i'm from klang and this will be my first ever venture into this.

Any advice on what steps i need to do or contacts or anything is much appreciated.

just to start....
i've just bought a land of about 88xx sq feet and would like to build my dream home.

still in the midst of thinking whether to build a bungalow or to build 2 semi-d.
the land has been checked and is not agricultural land and is for houses.

any App to watch movie and series on tab?

i have a couz that is coming back from Aus.
i was informed that XBOX is region locked ie PAL and NTSC

is it possible to play it here as he mentioned it is PAL.

if M'sia is NTSC does anyone know how to mod it from PAL to NTSC and the cost?
