Which job offer to take?

Hi all, first and foremost I would like to thank all of your valuable comments and advices.

I understand that the economy is bad now and job-hopping is probably not a good measure. However, considering that future career prospects and exposure would be important for career growth, I am facing the below situation now, and I'm not sure how to decide. Kindly do advise.

Current Job

Job Title: Software Engineer
Salary: RM 2600 [20/3 Increment of RM 200 given, so now it's RM 2800, same as Offer 2]
Yrs Spent: 1 yr 10 months
Experience before joining: 1 yr 3 months as MIS Executive
Qualification: Degree Holder
Industry: Education Industry's Software Development
Reason for leaving: To try other environment and gain more exposure and experience.
Job situation: Mostly VB6 programming. No .NET exposure. No staff development opportunity, i.e. not sent to trainings to gain new skills.
Company situation: Sdn Bhd. Very small < 10 staff. New start-up.

Updated: I've tendered my resignation, and I got counter offer by my current company, to RM 3300. And moving to do .NET projects (but internal customers only) and a subsidized Masters (not the Masters and Uni i want). What should i do?

Offer 1 - REJECTED
Job Title: Programmer
Salary: RM 3000
Industry: Banking and financial products
Location: Damansara
Company: Established and known with overseas offices.
Extra Info: Got OT claim but subject to terms and conditions

Offer 2
Job Title: Support Analyst
Salary: RM 2700.. further negotiated to RM 2800
Industry: Solution Provider
Location: Bkt Jalil
Company: Established and known with overseas offices.
Extra Info: No OT claim

I personally prefer the location af Offer 2, due to the intention of me doing Masters at APIIT in future.
Location at Offer 1 is too far considering the high expenses of tolls and parking required.

Job-wise, I do prefer Offer 2 over Offer 1, but the salary offered seems not promising as it's only less than 5% difference from the current salary.

Thus, kindly advise.

Hi.. i'm doing a project on smart card readers... Just bought a smart card reader from the distributor.. but it doesnt come with SDK for me to develop a simple program to read and write data into the smart card..

Anyone has any ideas or websites or suport on how I can develop this in VB?
