Position: Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operation service deliveries and service call management (i.e. incident / Onsite Installation)
Excellent problem diagnosis and solving skills
Manage user expectation and satisfaction
Track, monitor and close the assigned service calls to meet Service Level Agreement
Compliance to client Processes and Procedures

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/ Cantonese is an advantage
Strong analytical and proactive attitude
Good planning & organizing skills to balance and prioritize works
Require be able work extra hour after standard working hour, may be required on occasions
Must be able to provide level 1 support on server and network related issue.
Holder of CompTia / MSCA / ITIL Service Management certification (as an advantage)
Willing to travel around Klang Valley
Possess own transport

Wonder anyone got try to customised a laptop case before ?

I hope to get some idea or advice to make the customised case for Twinhead Efio 2616TK since the casing got a major heat issue.

I guess it is because of the air flow sucks .... wish to make a new case or mod it for better air flow to help the cooling.
