Waze Unstable

I recently switched from Maxis to Celcom while staying in Kuala Lumpur.
I noticed that when I use Waze on Celcom, my GPS frequently loses my location and places me in the middle of buildings.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue, or is it just my perception? Could it be a problem with Celcom?

Previously with Maxis I never experience this before.

TIMES Huawei HG8145X6 and WA8021V5 Issue

Hi All Sifu...

I just installed my TIMES 500 mbps today, on connection to the Huawei HG8145X6 wifi 6, I'm able to get max download speed.

but when I connect to wifi extender Huawei Echolife WA8021V5 (come in package), I can't even achieve 10% of the speed, only around 20+ mbps. Only if the extender plug in LAN cable to Huawei HG8145X6, I'm able to get max speed on extender.

The outsourced technician also don't know what happen.

Is there anyone can help?

Hi All Sifu,

I want to ask if I want to buy 2 property at a same time, is it still possible to do multiple submission?

Property value one is 450k another is 300k.

Currently I already own 1 property, so if I loan the 450k project, for the 300k I need pay 30% deposit.

If not possible, then is it advisable if I do refinance on my current staying property to cover the 300k loan.
