Just visited Koi Kinrara Suites (Freehold Condo) last week,

Any comments on this developer and this project?

Here I share some of the info that I got last week.

There is 2 block condo on going, A & B

there is seperate 9xx , 10xx , 12xx Sqt ft unit available.

outer view of 9xx and 10xx is sold out, left inner view.

corner unit 12xx is available with inner and outer view.

There is some promotion going on with this project.

for 9xx, 10xx sqt feet.
- Rebate 10% of the house price, credit note will be issued from developer, and you can purchase the house with 90% full loan.
- Free 1x 1.5hp York Aircond, Free 1x 1.0hp York aircond.

for 12xx sqt feet.

Qmail+Spam Assasin+Redhat Fedora 2

hi there,
my company site are using the email system below

Qmail
Spam Assasin
and Redhat Fedora 2

recently our server has been flooded with millions of SPAM mail

which already done some Content Matching on Spam Assasin..

but it still doesnt work...
because those email are usually with Random Images... and with Random Words..

Spamming points for Spam assasin is 5.0
almost spam point is in default mode...

any1 can help me out?

Problem with my PC.. Hang While Playing Games

Okie...

Here is my ex-PC spec..

MSI 925X Neo Platinum
P4 3.0ghz LGA775 (dunno issit 630.. FSB 800mhz one)
512mb DDR2 533mhz KVR
Seagate 80gb SATA
MSI RADEON X600XT 128mb
Sound Blaster Audigy2 Value

(bought on FEB 2005)

Well.. i have some problems since on dec 2005...
SOMETIMESthe pc gets hang when playing any games
such as war3, nfsu2.... and etc etc..

then i found that my video card FAN is mulfunction...
which totally stop spinning...
okay.. i replace another fan with it...
BUT the problems is still there..

so this year around FEB 2006...
I have some extra so I decided give it a big change...

I've swap in/add in
(swap)
Intel 945GNT m/board
PowerColor X800GT 256MB DDR3
(add in) 1GB 533Mhz KVR

and again the problem still EXIST

things left i nvr change is
PowerSupply, Sound Card...
I face nothing problem while using in windows only...
or BT... Winamp...
once play game...sometimes HANG

I've done everything like
ScanDisk.. Defrag... Virus Scan...
and all shit.. it doesnt help...
