Thought about the LG 70" UM7300 but from the review it says there are better alternatives.

How do you track macros for Minced Meat? When you search online you can get a lean version of minced/ground beef but in malaysia at the supermarkets they don't state how lean the meat is.

Hey guys want to flush my radaitors like shown in the youtube video. I was wondering do you guys know where I can get the similar parts he uses? The filter and pump.

How would I connect the filter to the Rad as well, as in does the filter allow compression/barb fittings to be screwed in?

G3258 Water Cooling

Hey recently just setup a custom water cooling loop for the first time. I wanted to check if the temps were good for idle and at 100% load with my OC.

I've currently got it OC-ed to 4.5Ghz at 1.465V and temps are:

Min 45 Celsius - Idle
Max 82 Celsius - 100% Load

The watercooling setup I'm using is the XSPC AX240.

Coolant = XSPC UV Blue Coolant + Distilled Water.

So are the temps good?

Planning to upgrade my rig. I'm currently using a GTX 770 Lightning and deciding whether to grab another 770 Lightning and go SLi or go for a GTX 780 Ti.

Another option would be to wait for Maxwell? 800 Series?

Games I play are DotA2, WoW, CoD.

Planning to buy BF4, Elder Scrolls Online and Wildstar Online

Heya planning to get an i7 and just want to check if the build is going to be ok

Intel i7 920
Asus P6T
Kingston DDR1333 Ram 6GB
Sapphire HD5850
Gigabyte Odin Pro 800w
1TB WD Hard Drive

Budget is around 4k hopefully less. Planning to take the PSU from my old CPU so if it can support the i7 then can cut that off the price

Well this is what I'm planning to get any suggestions would be great.

Would like to know as well if the PSU is good enough to support another HD5850 for the future and a rough estimate on the price would be great!
