hi everyone, i just got an iphone 3GS bought second hand from a guy i met online. i just want to confirm bout locked and unlocked versions. it's model no. is MC131MY

1. if my iphone is from maxis, does it mean that it's a officially unlocked version?
2. if so, will it ever be locked if i ever upgrade or modify or will it stay unlocked forever?
hope to get an answer soon, thanks

Block Downloading on Aztech W-Router

I'm currently using a WL830RT4 Aztech wireless router for my unit with 8 people sharing the line..
we have set a rule in the house that no one is to download in the house as it makes the line very slow and causes disruption in services such as MSN (difficult to sign in and transfer file)
however, some of them do break the rule and it makes life very difficult for the rest to use the line as well..

so is there anyway that i block anyone from downloading through the wireless router that i'm using?i know that is possible,i'm just not sure how to do it...

some of them also uses a video streaming program which they claim is not downloading, but from the wireless statistics, i can see how much of the line they are hogging every time they use the program.. so would i be able to control their usage of the program too?

please help

shared wifi connection

i'm using an Aztech WL830RT4 router
i've noticed that when i open the wireless statistics page, one of the connected wireless station is getting way more sent and received packets than the other stations
and i'm pretty sure it's not the the router's mac address..
so can anyone please explain to me how to set the sent and received packets to a certain station so that each stations will get a fairly equally amount of packets....
