Problem with home phone

Hi,

Im using Maxis Fiber
with the home number provide by maxis.

I have encounter one problem that's unusual, the home phone will not ring and cant call out.

I have tried to use my mobile phone to call my home number, it can go thru , but the home phone will not ring , and i tried to use home phone to dail any number it cannot be work as well, I have to switch off my modem and all those things connected and restart again it only can work, but the problem will happen again randomly.

Product Barcode ... HOW ?

I had import some product from China , but all is without retail packaging, and i will do my own packaging in Malaysia .

But about the barcode , can i use the same barcode from China manufacturer or i had to create my own barcode ?
If so , how barcode things work ? I only know the first 3 digit are follow by country ....

I also did search at google , did mention to create barcode for product , need to be register with some department ?

Let say if my packaging is without barcode , if i supply to chain-store or super market , can they create a barcode by themself ?
Example : Popular book store always have their own price tag with barcode

is there anyone using USPS to ship something from US to Malaysia before ?

I was order something from US at 19th of Nov , and they ship out at the same day , but my status was never update anymore!!!

Until today i havent receive anything is been 8 working days, is that normal ??

Recently plan to buy a small land at my kampung , to build a detached house for commercial use.

Does anyone know the procedure of buy land to build house ?

1. Do i need any license for buy land or build house?

2. What is the minimum % of the down payment ?

3. How many % of the loan is for buying a land and how many years?
