Which job to keep?

Hi there,

Please advise me which job should I keep as below, need some opinions.

1. Old job
- Have been working here for 9 years
- Big corporation
- Already familiar with the industry and software
- Have to keep performing as KPI is closely monitored by supervisor
- Need to answer phone calls
- Work rotating night shift to support western customers, early to 11pm/12am, late shift to 2am/3am
- Work 4 days per week only, get to enjoy long weekends off from Friday to next Monday
- Office-based job, currently wfh but have to return office after Covid is over (Company does offer workers the flexibility to work some days in office and some days wfh though)
- Got epf socso, fixed annual leave days

2. New job
- Just joined for a month and half
- Western startup company that just started 5 years ago
- Not familiar or feel very passionate with the software, have to learn from scratch basically
- Less monitoring by supervisor, as long as you get your job done nobody will question or bother you
- No need to answer calls, just email and chat
- Work 5 days Malaysia local time, no night shift, but have to work on weekends occasionally
- Fully wfh, no need to go office
- No epf socso, you pay your own tax, but unlimited paid holiday
- Salary is 5% higher than the old job (after including epf from the old job into consideration)

I currently work both jobs and would like to know which one would you keep if you were in my situation, thank you
