            <title>Digi Bonus Point Redeemp</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/867870</link>
<description>I would like to share my bad experience with Digi Bonus Point Redeemption program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had been a loyal subscriber for Digi since 4 years ago. My bonus point had accumulate quiet fast since I am subscribed to unlimited broadband. Two months ago, I had redeem the RM120 voucher, initially wanna pass it to my family member as gift. However, it cannot be used by them directly since it must be the owner to use it. Ok, fine, I said to myself...maybe I should use it myself then. So, I bring it to the digi center and wanna buy a phone...and guess what the digi center told me? They said, you wanna use voucher, you need to pay the price as stated....no negotiation can be done...their reason...DIGI pay them late....so they put the penalty on customer....What the *#&amp;#036;%^&amp;amp;, I use the voucher and I need to pay more? If I know the situation like this, I rather use it to pay my phone bill directly....DIGI is really mess thing up......so...anybody wanna use the voucher...be warned....</description>
