Pc randomly restart

Hi everyone...my pc randomly restart recently like not enough power from psu...but the psu is 650w that I just replaced less than 1 year and is working well...I have tried unplugged all components left only CPU n Ram and it will not restart anymore ...after I plug back my ati4850 it starting auto restart again....I have plugged in different PCI slot is still the same....I suspect is gpu or psu dying....any ideas???

Gameboy Colour Screen Problems

Anyone know what kind of plastics that cover the gameboy colour screen???My outer plastic layer is spoil due to the sunshine long ago...without the outer plastic the screen is not visible to our eyes...Please help!!

PC gives virus Attacked

I was downloaded a file but after I click it running it dissappear itself...I was scared and full scan my pc using antivirus and found nothing..then i restarted the pc but it keep pop up the safe mode or start window normally but i cant getting into window or safe mode cause the pc keep restarting when in the windows logo loading up and a fast flash of blue screen appear....pls help!!

Disc Read Error

Recently My PC suddenly get a error which is"Disc read error press ctrl+alt+del to restart"I have try to restarted many times but still wont get me into windows...Bios still detected my HDD which is a maxtor 40GB...Any ideas how to fix it guys?
