Is it necessary that a loan with the name flexi must be a flexi loan?

If a loan is a flexi loan, does it mean that prepayment (advanced payment) can be done any time without informing the bank?

Double Storey Apartment or...

Hi.

I am planning to buy two units of apartment in Petaling Jaya if one is on top of, next to, or behind of the other. I prefer the unit beside my house as my family doesn't have go to second floor. Of course, I will buy one unit first. If a house next to, on top of, or behind of my apartment is sold by the owner in future, I will try to buy from him.

My first unit is first floor. So, my second unit will be first or second floor. The price of one unit is aroud RM 170,000.

So, two units will be around RM 350,000. My house will be much bigger than a double storey terrace house which is at least RM 400,000 and needs some renovation as it is too old. However, I need to pay RM 200 per month as the maintainance fee and parking fee for staying in the apartments (RM 100 per month for each unit).

Do you think that my idea is good? Any constructive ideas are welcome !

Is it hard to make claims from insurance company?

I have heard that many people can't make claims from insurance companies. But, so far, nobody can show me the proof that a policyholder can't get his compensation from an insurance company even his injury or critical illness are covered by his policy contracts.

So, my purpose of starting this topic is to know exactly the reasons why people can't make claims from different insurance companies? Is it because of non payment premium, premium not made on time, fraud or misrepresentation of material fact during application, agents' irresponsibility or others.

Besides that, if there is someone who really can't make claims from an insurance company, please let me know. I will try to do it for you free of charge no matter what the insurance company is in Malaysia.
