How to bulk import used smartphones

Hi guys,
I'm thinking to start a small biz to import used smartphones for resell in Malaysia, but was told by customs that SIRIM approval is required due to WiFi and Bluetooth. Upon checking with SIRIM, importation is prohibited pulak. Can anyone here advise how else or is that true?

Anyone that can share their experience over artificial grass?
I'm worried that water might cause wear n tear and the burning heat in our country too.

I surveyed their price wasn't cheap, around 10 persqft. For that, I could install floor tiles over my side land of 5ft width.

My main factor is price, which after some surveys, vinyl cost is only RM2.90 - RM5 per sqft as compared to laminated which can vastly differ from RM4 - RM15 per sqft.

So my comparison for laminated should be those low-mid end models (<RM10 per sqft).

Just to share my recent experience...

Bankers nowadays are accessible (cross-reference) to loan application information that you've applied for with other banks. Not sure but don't think it's CCRIS info that reveals such.

In my case, bank A knows of the margin of finance that bank B or C submitted for. Hence, capping the loan amount to such in order not to over-risk itself. Even my property value was revealed amongst themselves!

Maybe in the near future, we just need to submit 1 set of loan application form & those banks we applied for will refer to it.

Anyone can guide how to host home server online using 3g wireless bband instead of some which provides public IP? I've tried dyndns & no-ip to port forward port 80, but still unable to see my home server. Using Yes is ok bcoz they don't block port 80 but there's no 4G (or WIMAX) wireless router available yet here & I need to use that, don't ask y...
